    I purchased the workbook. I have been working through this non stop since it was delivered. I have been going through some severe anxiety and working with a therapist. This book seemed like a good fit. I have really discovered how verbally, mentally and physically I had been abused as a child. When you stuff your inner child down, the pain gets stuck too. This workbook has unpacked emotions and trauma and allowing it to release. It doesn’t change the past but it helps lead you to process it. If you put the work in, it can be very liberating. Highly recommend.

    I read this book in one sitting. Now, the hard part is to go back through and work each section. I’m 62 years old.. please don’t waste your life in the negative. It’s your life…fight for it!! You are worthy and loved!

There is plenty of worksheets and journal prompting that can help you start to work through the emotions and trauma so that you can heal.
