    Dr. Gallo has written a brilliant and thorough book which will increase your knowledge of tapping even if you have been studying it for years. He looks at the process of transformation through tapping from many different lens and perspectives, and dives deep. If you do EFT or TFT or want to learn about them, this is a must read!
